  • Medicare Plans. For the purposes of these Terms, “Medicare plans” refer to Medigap, Medicare Supplement, Medicare Advantage (Part C), or Part D (prescription drug) plans.

  • Existing Coverage. Do not cancel any existing insurance until you receive written confirmation from the insurance company that your new policy is in effect.

You agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations while using our Services.

You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

General Terms.

  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Avid Benefits regarding our Services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
  • Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce such provision in the future.
  • If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
